How to configure the Store Hours via CMS?


Check the toggle button on every branch. If this is switched ON, the specific branch will be always be visible on the Customer App or Website following the hierarchy of display. 

In terms of hierarchy display, the Nearest Open branch will always be shown on top. Closed or Temporarily Closed Stores are visible but will be placed on the lowest portion.

  1. Login to CMS.
  2. Go to Store module.
  3. The Organization tab lists down all of your branches. (If you are a multi-brand, the branches will be grouped according to the brands they are tagged to.)
  4. Look for the branch that you want to edit.
  5. Scroll to your right and click on the pencil icon to configure the settings. Clicking the pencil icon will open the Edit Branch pop-up.
  6. On the Edit Branch pop-up, scroll down to Store Hours.
  7. Input the schedule of your stores.
    • Opening Hour - Branch will be displayed as Closed (grayed out on the Customer channels) before the selected opening hour.
    • Closing Hour - Branch will be displayed as Closed (grayed out on the Customer channels) after the selected closing hour.
    • Temporarily Closed - Selecting this will display the branch as Temporarily Closed (grayed out on the Customer channels). 
    • Cutoff Time - The schedule inputted in this field will be used as the basis for the display that will be seen by Customers. (e.g. "Order must be placed before 8:00 PM today"). Customers will not be allowed to check out after the cutoff time.
  8. Click Save Changes. The Edit Branch pop-up will close and you will get a notification if the changes were successfully applied or not.


How to configure the Store Hours via Merchant App?

Updating of schedule on the merchant app is limited to a current day only to avoid confusion, i.e. If it's Monday today, Employee can only edit the Monday schedule. 

By default, the Merchant App follows what is inputted on the CMS. However, if changes were made on the Merchant App, it will change the data on the CMS. The latest schedule update whether CMS or Merchant App will always be followed.


  1. Login to Merchant App with your Employee ID and PIN.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Input the schedule of the store for the day.
    • Opening Hour - Branch will be displayed as Closed (grayed out on the Customer channels) before the selected opening hour.
    • Closing Hour - Branch will be displayed as Closed (grayed out on the Customer channels) after the selected closing hour.
    • Temporarily Closed - Selecting this will display the branch as Temporarily Closed (grayed out on the Customer channels). 
    • Cutoff Time - The schedule inputted in this field will be used as the basis for the display that will be seen by Customers. (e.g. "Order must be placed before 8:00 PM today"). Customers will not be allowed to check out after the cutoff time.
  4. Click Save Changes
