For every Customization, RUSH will record the details requested by you, the Merchant, for implementation on the platform. A pair of documents will be created to certify that the chosen customization is agreed upon by both parties.

Do the documents have to be signed?
Yes, both documents have to be signed. Failure to sign will apply the penalties.
Is there a deadline for signing?
Both CRF and COCA can be reviewed and has to be signed in 5 business days.
Will I be invoiced for the Customization?
Once you have signed the document, we will issue an invoice specific for the customization. There will be a separate invoice for the Down payment and Total amounts.
When do we pay the amounts stated?
Payment should be settled 1 month after issuance of the invoice. Failure to pay will apply the penalties.
