Categories make it simpler for your customers to get a glance of your entire catalogue of products and/or services. At the same time, creating categories also makes product and stock monitoring effortless for you as a merchant.


Categories are mandatory before you can start adding your products and SKUs.

  1. Choose the E-Store module and go to the SETTINGS tab.

  2. Click +Add Category and input the brand and product category names in the appropriate text boxes.

  • Adding brand categories is not mandatory, and is only applicable to businesses with multiple brands. Brand categories differentiate one brand from another. If all your brands are under the same category, you can also skip this step.
  • Adding product categories is mandatory for you to be able to add products to your digital store. At least one category is required to proceed.
  • After creating all your brand and/or product categories, click SAVE.
