By default, the operating hours set on the CMS shall reflect on the merchant app. If there are changes in your branch’s operating schedule, you can adjust it under Settings. You can also set your store's cut-off time from here.
To update the branch schedule:
- Go to More tab and choose Settings.
- Select Store Hours from the options.
- Choose the day which you would like to update.
- Change the Opening Time by clicking the corresponding field.
- Change the Closing Time by clicking on the corresponding field.
- Toggle the Temporarily Closed button to remove your branch from the visibility list for the day.
- Click the Cut-off Time button and set the cut-off time for your store’s last orders. This will also be reflected in the Customer App.
- Once all changes are made, click Save Changes.
- Confirm all changes by clicking Yes in the confirmation prompt.
